Ideal for Performers or visitors for Fringe

Private bedroom, single room with small double bed, shared bathroom, garden access. Kitchen and lounge are not included, however tea and coffee facility’s are available in the room and breakfast tray. Room is less than a 5 minute walk to Preston Park and 20 minute walk into North Laines.
The bathroom is currently mid renovation (no work currently being carried out) decent pressure and hot shower available and kept very clean but not so aseptically pleasing as per images.
On street paid parking is available outside.
The room is secured once payment is received, as I’m only taking short stays around busy event weekends.

Fringe prices -
£65 - 1 person per night
£80 - 2 people per night

Pride prices:

£90 - 1 person per night
£110 - 2 people per night
