Preston Park Railway Station – 3 mins walk
Buses take about 15 minutes into town
Cycling is about 10 mins

About the room:
A decent-sized double with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and plenty of natural light.
The room gets sun (when Brighton cooperates) from morning till early afternoon.
It’s on the ground floor and well insulated (cooler in summer, cosy in winter).
Comes with built-in shelves and basic furniture (to be discussed).

About the house:
The house has one shared bathroom (fairly spacious), a small living room, and a conservatory we mostly use for storage.
The kitchen is compact but works well.
We’ve also got a patio with lots of potential that we’re working on bringing to life.

About us:
Hello! :) We’re Ben, Sophie and Leticia. We’re a kind bunch and value diversity and experiences from different backgrounds.
Sophie loves language and plays volleyball whenever possible. Ben has recently taken up gardening and keeps us alive with tofu bites. Leticia brings the Swiss-Brazilian vibes and is always looking for new ways to improve living spaces.
We hang out quite a bit (we cook, play board games, paint, or watch films) but also really respect each other’s space and quiet time (it’s not a noisy house).
The house has an international feel and a mix of routines and lifestyles.
We’re easy-going and like the place to feel comfortable and looked after.
We have a cleaning rota which helps keep shared spaces clean and tidy, and we really appreciate someone who naturally looks after the space and pitches in.
