Easy going young guy looking for a new flat mate!

My name is Joe I'm 20 and I am currently a health care assistant at Maycroft manor nursing/dementia home in Preston Park. I'm very easy going, I love to have a laugh and socialise. I'm clean and tidy and have respect for others. The room is unfurnished but has a nicely sized walk in closet with shelving.

I am looking for someone who I can socialise with. I don't want them to feel they have to stay in their room the whole time. I'm very welcoming and I want them to feel that it is their home just as much as mine.

I am a film fanatic and pretty much watch a film every night. It helps me wind down after work. I also like to play the odd video games.

My girlfriend comes to the flat a couple of nights a week and will actually be moving in at the end of October. So this means that the rent will be split three ways in october and will go down to just over 300 a month!
