Housemate wanted in quality Central Brighton flat!

I am looking for a considerate housemate to rent a comfortable double bedroom (12 x 10 ft) in a spacious & well furnished maisonette which I own. The room comes with a double bed & furnishings. The maisonette is situated on the top floor of a terrace house, just behind London Road Station in a quiet area of town but relatively accessible to the A23, amenities, pubs & the town centre (20min walk). The flat has a South facing lounge with tv, sound system, relatively small Kitchen and spare room which is just used for extra space. The bathroom has recently been renovated to a high standard.

About me

I am a 31 year old British male. I enjoy playing and watching various sports (Football, Rugby etc) & make most of the weekends socialising out & about or playing footy. I have the philosophy that I live in a great little city by the sea & that should be made the most of (especially when the sun is shining!)

Formalities/Financials

The contract is 12 months minimum but ideally looking for someone longer term who is settled with a job in the area. Rent is £415 a month, bills are £160 per month currently so a total of £575. Deposit will be one months rent. Will consider a Monday - Friday let.
