Myself and my boyfriend are going travelling and looking for either of the following to move into our room for MIN 6 months term; Professional Mature, PHD or masters student.
Our current house mate who you would be sharing the flat with is chilled, likes baking, films, rock climbing, yoga and the odd socialising in the week and on weekends.
The flat is right next to Preston Park Station, 15 mins walk to the laines and 10 mins to London road, parking available on road (FREE) and there are regular buses which run past and go in all directions all over Brighton.
We all have bikes and it takes us about 5 mins to cycle into town or Hove.
We would prefer a female house mate.
Rent is 570 per month plus bills which are about 150 per month (inc broadband, tv, water, electric, gas and council tax)
