Furnished Double Room, includes all utility bills

Hi, we are Jamie and Sena. We have a double sized bedroom in our 3-bedroom Victorian terraced house in Balfour Road, Preston Park area. Living with us is one other friend who only visits once a week (if that).

Prefer someone aged between 22 to 40. Strictly NO SMOKING.
1 month deposit is required.

We work standard Monday to Friday and prefer someone with similar pattern.

THE LOCATION:

The house is in a very attractive area, Preston Park is literally at the end of the road and turn right, 15 mins walk to Preston Park rail station (I used to commute to London Bridge & Farringdon), 25 mins walk to Brighton mainline station, 30 mins walk to the town centre and seafront and quiet neighbours.

Sorry there is no bicycle storage.

THE ACCOMMODATION:

BEDROOM 2: measures 3.56m x 2.94m (11'9" x 9'8") Views to rear garden, furnished with new double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet.

FACILITIES:

Shared use of large Lounge and Dining Room, kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob/fan oven, microwave, under-floor heating), modern bathroom/shower, usual small Brighton rear garden - decked, gas central heating, all double glazed windows and external doors, newly decorated throughout. There is also wireless broadband.

ABOUT US:

Ages between 30 and 40, no children, and no pets. Non smoking, don't drink much (although partial to Merlot), quiet at home, not the most gregarious persons but certainly not shy either.

Love history, archaeology, receptive to different cultures, like travel - but as this is Brighton - let us just say - we don't mean back-packing and youth hostels ... prefer the creature comforts.

No working from home (post-grad student is fine).
