I have a large double room with en-suite available in a spacious flat that is the whole top (2nd) floor of a beautiful georgian house 5 mins walk from Preston Park station (for commuting to Gatwick and London) and right by Preston Road so excellent for road transport also.

There is a fantastic large kitchen which is the heart of the flat, a living/TV area and a big west facing balcony/outside space. All mod cons, washing machine, dishwasher, fibre internet etc included.

30 seconds from the front door is a Sainsbury's Local open 7am-11pm mon-sun

The flat is very chilled and a bit of a sanctuary so would suit someone looking for a peaceful space.

A little more about me:

I worked for the stage department of a large theatre in the West End of London (for last 10 years and another West End theatre for 10 years before that) and I like to be hands on with the DIY and maintenance.

I've had experience as a live-in/out landlord for 17 years, mostly in London so have a good idea of what works. I'm definitely easy to get on with and reasonably laid back (and some of my lodgers have told me I'm the best landlord they've ever had!) I take great care that my tenants/lodgers feel comfortable and happy
at home.
