Single Room For Rent

I would like to find a clean, friendly, sociable female professional person to rent a single room in my spacious 4 bedroom house. I work from home in my garden office, so I am around but very quiet. I go to bed around 10pm each day so do not want to have a loud neighbour ideally. Happy to share all communal spaces - I have a large kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster. I have a spacious living room with dining table, TV. I have a single furnished room available - desk, double bed and chest of drawers, new carpet, two velux windows, bath, shower and two toilets shared. I have a friendly well behaved quiet female Sprocker dog aged 7.
