My husband and I are looking to rent out our spare room for a few months up to a year. The room comes furnished with a king size bed and an ensuite non-shared bathroom. We both work in Education and love food and wine. We have 2 cats and a lovely garden out back.

Ringmer has some small local pubs and shops. But the nearest town is Lewes- while there is public transport- you'll need to get around by car ideally.
