Seeking lodgers to share comfortable home with lush gardens in quiet edge of village location. Friendly peaceful quiet household and lane at edge of Ringmer, short walk to shops, post office and buses (to Lewes, Brighton etc). I work with sustainability, peace and innovation, eat vegan, my 11 years Labrador will give you big greetings.

One double room available now, another from around 14th April. Both rooms are sunny, with windows overlooking garden, double bed, desk, shelving, clothes hanging rail, chair, feature fireplace. White painted walls, camel colour carpet, rug, radiator (gas central heating).
Shared bathroom with bath & shower. Downstairs washroom with toilet and handbasin. Bright spacious sitting room with large bay window, 2 sofas, 2 reading lights, wood burning stove. Kitchen with dishwasher and many appliances. Garden at front and rear with patio seating and veggie growing area.

Available until July, possibly longer.
