Lovely room available in quiet house in Rodmell

The house sits in a great spot with views across the valley, a large garden, and plenty of parking. It's spacious and comfortable, set back slightly from the road — bear in mind there is some road noise, so if you need total silence it might not be the one for you.
The room is a good size and comes furnished with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and a large wardrobe cupboard. There's a bathroom with a separate shower, plus a downstairs toilet.
I live here quietly with my friendly dog. I'm looking for a woman with a similar vibe — someone fairly easy-going, reasonably eco-conscious, and who goes out to work rather than being home all day. I do eat meat, so a strict vegetarian probably wouldn't feel at home here.
Bills included: electricity, water, broadband and council tax. (No gas — the property is all-electric.)
