Lovely room available in quiet house in Rodmell

This is an end of terrace house with amazing views across the valley. I live quietly with my friendly dog and would be looking for a woman who lives in a similar way. I am looking for someone who doesn't work from home and is fairly ecological in their outlook. I do eat some meat so this household may not suit a strict vegetarian. The room is a good size with a large cupboard with hanging space, a chest of drawers, a double bed and a desk. There is a bathroom with separate shower, a separate toilet and another one downstairs. The house itself is spacious and comfortable. There is plentiful parking and a large garden. The house is set back from the road so if you require real quiet this may not be for you. Bills included - electricity (no gas at the property) water broadband and council tax.
