(33 min cycle to universiry, quiet back Road, then cycle track). Or undercliff off road to Brightonappeox 20 - 30 cycle. House backs onto the South Down, 7 minutes walk to Rottingdean village.
Buses 2 minutes away or 8 minutes from seafront. (10mins by bus to Brighton). Rental of working space can be available for the right person. (office or studio) Lovely south facing garden, with patio furniture. Walks from rear of garden directly into South Downs...Tennis court, football pitch and stables 1 min away. The kitchen is shared. A quiet house in a tranquil area. Please contact if you woukd like to know more. Available seven or less days per week. To share with retired couple, young at heart, who may be away from time to time.
We dont mind sharing the odd meal, especially if you are a good cook.
