Lots of useful shops in village such as local Tesco, deli, Baker, butcher, pharmacy, cafes, pubs, restaurants, library.
Shower over bath and separate toilet both en-suite
Use of kitchen and dining room.
Garden (needs weeding!)

Sharing with me (young at heart I’m 61) and son (19) who has just finished college who is a skateboarder and motorbiker.. Other son (21) third year biomed sciences uni student not at home but due back end of June 2020 hence short term rental
We have a border collie dog and 2 cats .
Access to kitchen to cook and cupboard provided.
Laundry by arrangement
Fast frequent buses to brighton city centre including night buses
Free parking in village but you might have to walk a little way to get 24 hour 7 day a week free parking. Nearest free parking is 2 hours at a time.
