The Room:
Has a fantastic view of the country side, has a single bed, a wardrobe, desk and bed (with a big draw underneath),
(No you can`t smoke in the room or outside either, this is a none smoking house)

The Area:
Ovingdean is a small village, 7 mins from Brighton, near Rotting dean. There is a beach 10 mins walk away, and a pub, restaurants, supermarkets e. t.c close by. It would suit a car driver, or cyclist. THERE IS FREE PARKING.

The Bathroom:
The bath has a roll top bath, is stylish, and you share it with the other lodger mainly.

The kitchen, is small, but has all mod cons, you will be given your own cupboard, fridge sections, freezer section, e. t.c. stuff.

This house mainly suits male lodgers, that is just how it always seems to work out, not by specific selection.
