Current and only other flatmate is me, a 38-year-old, female live in landlord. I’ve lived in Brighton for over a year now having moved from London and I really love the beach life. I am looking for a flatmate who likes heading to the beach for a walk or a bike ride and the occasional glass of wine or dinner, but who is also comfortable with giving each other space. Kind, friendly and chilled out is ideal. Not a party animal please.
