I am looking for three housemates to share my lovely home with me.
Must be responsible clean and tidy - but also have a good personality!
Must also be respectful and wants a peaceful sanctuary to live in.
The house is a gorgeous stand alone property set off Steyning Road. Large front and back garden. Not overlooked.
its a very spacious house with an incredible brand new kitchen and utility room installed
The back garden patio is being redone before Christmas
Occasionally hosts air b n b guests too - who do not share the lounge /dining room space.
i have a cleaner that i would want a weekly contribution to as cleaning is always a bone of contention in the past.
Council tax and other bills included.
