Hello! My name’s Aaron, I’m 39, and I live here with my lovely mum (80) and our friendly cat. We’re offering a spacious loft double bedroom with a sea view. The room comes with a double bed, a desk, and plenty of light – perfect if you need a quiet space for work or study.

The house has three bedrooms in total, a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom (so no morning queues), plus both a front and back garden. It’s only a 4-minute walk to the seafront and about 15 minutes by bus into Brighton, with buses running very frequently.

This is a family home, so the vibe is calm and welcoming. My mum receives daily home-care visits, and the loft room is tucked away at the top of the house, giving you privacy and peace.

Rent: £750 per month – all bills included (energy, water, council tax, broadband).

We’re looking for a considerate, tidy lodger who would enjoy a friendly but peaceful environment. Sorry, no couples or extra pets.

At the moment this offer is just for three months, but things may change depending on circumstances – so there could be some flexibility going forward.
