Well lit and cosy room in Rottingdean

Hi everyone,

We’re looking for a tidy and professional person to fill in our cosy room located in Rottingdean!
Rent is 700 a month and bills are approx 190 (council tax included), and the lease runs until the end of July next year. The security deposit is 808 pounds.
The house is in a great location, right next to a very well serviced bus stop (buses into town every 5 mins), a Tesco Express, heaps of cosy pubs and is a stones throw away from the beach. No official parking but there’s always a space on the streets behind the house.

The room is furnished with a king size bed and bedside table. You’d also have a secondary room, that we use as a walk in wardrobe.

The lease runs until the 26th of July 2026.

You’d be living with Finn, age 37, who works in construction and is an ace chef! His two boys stay with him on weekends and super lovely and respectful.
