Double room with en-suite in annexe to a lovely house in the picturesque village of Rottingdean. Brighton. Shared use of kitchen, free parking, nearby bus stop. 10 minute ride into City centre. Direct bus to Sussex University.
We are a friendly and happy household. We already have 2 music students here who have been with us for a year.. they are now staying for a further year.

Rottingdean has much character and there are lovely pubs, restaurants, shops right on our doorstep. The beach is at the end of the road and there is beautiful countryside walks direct from the village. Yet we are still part of the bustling City of Brighton!

Applicants should be clean, tidy, reliable and considerate and must be in full-time Education or Employment.
