An older person with sight issues is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

This person would really benefit from some practical help around the house including shopping, cooking four meals each week, and help with light household chores, plus the friendly reassurance of having someone around their home in the evenings/overnight.

The accommodation on offer is a single room with a single bed. There is a study for the Sharers use too. The bathroom is shared.

The property is conveniently located 10 mins walk from Rye Rail Station.

The person’s interests include listening to music and audio books, playing board games, doing quizzes and puzzles. There is a dog in the house, so a dog lover essential!

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests.
