Lovely room near the sea. Free parking

Double room in a lovely friendly house. We are a mixed household. we are looking for a fourth housemate. We are open to all ( gender/ sexuality) just looking for a nice person to share with. House is a few mins from bus stop and very near the sea. We are quiet but can share meals/ movies and a natter if want to.
You will mainly have sole use of the bathroom . Lovely lounge, big garden.
First one that views will take the room.
All bills included and the house is toasty and very comfortable. .
