The room has a comfy double bed with large HD TV and sky Box. as well as Wifi.
The house is on the main bus route in Saltdean which is a lovely seaside village with shops /takeaways.
House is a 15/20 minute bus ride into Brighton town centre and 5 minute walk to the beach and under cliff walk. Just myself my dog living here and my son from time to time.
Am looking for a full time working person who is clean tidy and respectful , Must like dogs,
1 Month in advance and 1 month deposit is required, And i must have at least 1 Months notice upon vacating the room,
