Single room for rent in my very clean and tidy house In Saltdean ,

this is room only with use of garden kitchen and Bathroom ,The room has a comfy Double bed, TV and sky TV as well as broadband.
Just myself and my dog living here with son and grandson coming most weekends, the house is on main bus route into Brighton ( 15 minute bus ride )The street has shops and Takeaways,

Full time working persons Only , must be clean/Tidy and respectful .

1 month deposit and one month in advance required.
