Attic room available in spacious four bed house

One room available in spacious four bed house that backs immediately onto the South Downs. You will have your own entrance through your room and your own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. You will be sharing with myself, a professional musician, my son and three cats Bolt, Mr scratchy & Pebbles. We are often out and often go away so you will be able to have time to yourself but would just need to feed the cats. In an ideal world it’d be suitable for a cat loving vegetarian or vegan. I would consider anyone else just that’s the preference!

Couples welcome however the rent would be £800 to allow for extra electricity etc.
