Flatmate wanted to share 2 bedroom Flat, Double room with small en-suite available ,large balcony with beautiful sea views overlooking east Saltdean .The beach and Seafront is only a 5 min walk away also close by walk to fields and nature. Shared kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and hob. Shared furnished living room area, with large windows & a glass slide door leading onto the large balcony, so plenty of natural light and plenty of outdoor space (ideal in spring & summer months, lovely view of the sunset ). Also good sized 2nd bathroom with a bath and shower.

Washing machine/dryer & general storage cupboard in hall way. Big fitted wardrobe in double bedroom, double bed & mattress ( if needed). The en-suite has a wet room style shower, Sink, toilet & towel heated rack .There is underfloor heating which can be controlled individually for each room and living area, it is all run on electric so no gas.

Furniture wise as I've been a tenant here for 4 years, so got all the basics in shared areas , but also open to adding anything you may want to bring as well of course to make it a shared space for both of us.



The rent is £1,250.00 monthly/£625.00 each, including good Wi-Fi (Hyperoptic). Water, energy & Council Tax not included in rent. For Council Tax we are in property band C. We are still within Brighton county/Council lines.

The Tenancy agreement is with Fox and Sons letting agency(kemptown). So although I will be looking for a flatmate and meeting with you when you view the property, any references and financial information will go directly through Fox and Sons on behalf of the Landlords.

There is free parking available on the close by streets surrounding the flats. Also nearby, on Longridge Avenue, are a Co-op, post office, hardware store, cafes, bars & a pub ,the Saltdean Lido, Fairlight garage, an opticians, Kamsons chemists and the Saltdean doctors Surgery & more. Plenty of close Bus stops and regular buses to Brighton and elsewhere.

Saltdean has a nice seaside community feel to it & although it's more tranquil than Brighton , It's still only 4.5 miles away from Brighton city centre, so very easy and close to drive /commute/ride your bike into .

As this is an equally shared flat that I'm hoping we can both feel is a safe, relaxed home - as long as we can both take the necessary basic responsibilities on equally - and always communicate calmly and openly with respect and awareness of each other and the space we are sharing ,I look forward to finding a flatmate who feels the same way .
I consider myself to be pretty laid back and open minded, friendly but like time to myself too, I am respectful of others boundaries and privacy too . LGBTQ welcome .
