Lovely room in scenic peaceful location

Easy for walking, beach, shops, Brighton. I’m an NHS worker so out and about. Not looking for someone working from home. Have shared before with positive experience. I am travelling a bit so not here all the time. I like to keep my house clean and tidy. I am looking for a single person only, happy for friends to visit but limit sleepovers without extra rent. The house is in a beautiful peaceful location, perfect for walking, exploring the downs and suits an outdoors nature-loving person. I’m not a big cook so won’t suit someone who likes to spend a lot of time cooking and fussing in the kitchen!
