We have a lovely double room with gorgeous views available in our spacious family home in Saltdean. All bills included.
A few mins walk to countryside, 5-10mins walk to bus stop (25 mins bus to North St, Brighton) and a short walk to the beach. It's a peaceful area, with easy access to Brighton and some lovely cafes & pubs on the doorstep in Saltdean & Rottingdean.
You will be living with a couple in our mid 30s and our two young children (2 & 4) so it's not always a quiet household - please only contact if you like children / are ok with some noise 😊
We are friendly and laid back but like to keep the house tidy within the realities of family life. We both work from home (my partner commutes twice weekly). Our sons are in nursery 3 days a week.
The house would suit someone who doesn't work full time from home and is independent. But we're up for a cup of coffee or meal together now & again!
It's free and easy to park on the road near the house.
We have a good sized south facing garden with a patio for alfresco dinners and a large living room.
There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is next to the available room.
You will have full access to the kitchen which includes all essentials (dishwasher etc) & a washing machine in our utility room.
Oh and we have a cute Cavalier King Charles dog who is very partial to a lap!
