One double bedroom close to shops and bus stop

I have a lovely (freshly decorated) double room to rent in our bungalow in Saltdean. The room is unfurnished but has space for drawers and a desk with lots of hanging space behind the door.

Saltdean itself is a lovely area, with a great combination of being on the suburbs of a city, on the edge of the South Downs, and on the seafront too! We are only 20 seconds away from the bus stop which has regular links to central Brighton (takes about 20 mins and takes you straight to the station for links to London). Free on street parking too which is nifty (with no worries about not find a space too!). There is also a nice country walk (or a seaside walk too) to Rottingdean which has some lovely pubs!

I have two lovely kitties, who are very friendly (although George can sometimes be a little moody)

We have Virgin with most channels and good WiFi, we also have Netflix which we would happily share and NowTV and Sky Sports.

I have a nice sized kitchen with a variety of appliances. Bathroom with bath and separate shower.

There is free parking outside the front of the house and garden for you to use.
