Double room in large detached house

I have a double rooms available….but you can choose from two….one has patio and sea views, the other one faces the garden and has a large patio. Both rooms are beside a large bathroom with walk 8n shower and bath. The house is 5 minutes from the number 27 bus route, 20 mins into the centre of Brighton, on a quiet street with free parking. 15 minutes walk to the beach and lido. I have two cats, so you must like cats! You’d be sharing with a 33 year old friendly male, who is a family friend of mine and he works full time in Brighton.. I work away.
Fast broadband throughout the house. The second toilet and shower room is upstairs (all the bedrooms are downstairs, upstairs is the kitchen, dining area, living room, balcony and access to the gardens.
The room is for one person only. It’s a lovely quiet house, not a party house, and would suit a professional person who would keep it clean and tidy. Bills are included in the rent, no hidden extras!
