I have a bright and sunny double room available with its own private entrance across a private patio, with stunning views across Saltdean down to the sea. The room has a double bed, plenty of storage, a desk and chair. Directly outside is a large private patio with outdoor seating. The room is beside a large bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, and underfloor heating. The house is 5 minutes from the number 27 bus route, 20 mins into the centre of Brighton, on a quiet street with free parking. 15 minutes walk to the beach and lido. I have two cats, so you must like cats! You’d be sharing with three full-time professionals.. I work away.
Fast broadband throughout the house. The second toilet and shower room is upstairs (all the bedrooms are downstairs, upstairs is the kitchen, dining area, living room, balcony and access to the extensive gardens.)
The room is for one person only. It’s a lovely quiet house, not a party house, and would suit a professional person, someone who is looking for a quiet and peaceful house in a tranquil location with beautiful far-reaching views. All bills are included in the rent, no hidden extras!
