House with a view

The room comes furnished (just mattress needed).

The room available is the master bedroom of the house.

Coombe Valle bus stop is about a minutes walk from the house, and take you into Brighton in 30 mins.

It has its own doorway (front) and use of a porch should you wish to put a desk in the porch to use as office space. Desk can most probably be provided.

Potentially also for bike storage (to be discussed).

The two other housemates are focused this year on organising yoga/ retreat projects/ foraging and planting on the property in the garden, studying Herbal Medicine and Councelling.

In the garden at the top overlooking the valley and horse fields is a cabin. The cabin itself is for the use of the lead tenants, but the additional housemate shall of course be invited to use the space to partake in yoga.

Due to garden plan, we are looking for someone peaceful who respects plants as there will be crops and herbal produce in the ground/surrounding.

Environmentally minded outlooks are a big win for this house.

We both love nature and celebrating in it.

Also we will (most likely) be looking after a dog (Luna) for the year. A sweet border terrier, who you'll be welcomed to walk or snuggle.

Viewing opportunity this Wednesday and otherwise block viewings between the 14th - 23rd of August. With housemate coffee meets OR potential meets at the property prior.
