Large bedroom with bathroom, possibly another room

I have double room with own bathroom and use of large lounge diner, kitchen. It can be part furnished or unfurnished.
The house is in Saltdean and the tennants are respectful and its a quite area. The other two occupants are frequently away for work and pleasure. I also have another room if two people wanted to share the bathroom and will discount accordingly if thats an option. No 27 bus first stop is right outside but there is also off road parking if needed. All bills included available within 2 weeks
