Bedroom with en-suite comes unfurnished other than the built in wardrobe.

I do have a little furry friend is is very sociable and loving.

The rent is £700 per calendar month (excluding bills) payable monthly in advance, and a deposit of five weeks rent will be required, plus the usual references and credit check.
