Large 6 bedroom detached house on Saltdean seafront, 2 rooms currently available. £500-£600 cash per calendar month (depending on room) with a month up front/deposit. All bills included, aswell as council tax band e included and TV license covered. Choice of single room with en-suite (may still be able to squeeze a double bed in there) or single/double bedrooms with use of shared bathroom. All rooms have built in wardrobes and chest of drawers. Can provide bed if necessary. Use of large kitchen, with breakfast bar. Every room having own fridge in kitchen to save confusion/arguments. Off road parking right on Saltdean seafront, with views of the sea and direct links to Brighton via bus lane. Ideally non smoker, but either way no smoking inside property or drugs, as my children will be present some days. Pets may be permitted (discuss directly) I myself have two large friendly dogs. No house parties/social gatherings. Males preferred for single room/couples accepted for doubles
