Lovely room in Saltdean

I have a lovely, light, quiet room in house in Saltdean for a professional person or postgraduate student. House has a bathroom and a separate upstairs toilet, sea views and a spacious garden. You would have your own bedroom and share the bathroom and kitchen. There is on-street free parking and a bus stop for the 47 at the end of the street which comes every hour. There is a twelve minute walk to the coast road where there are buses to Brighton every ten minutes. There is broadband and it is very quiet and warm. The Tye is nearby for lovely walks and the sea is also near for swims and walks. Nearby there is the CO-OP, Post-office, coffee shops, the Lido and restaurants on Longridge Avenue.

I am looking for someone who would be calm and friendly who works full-time out of the house as I work at home in the daytime. I am creative and love dance and art and go to social events in the area.
