There is a twelve minute walk to the coast road where there are buses to Brighton every ten minutes. There is broadband and it is very quiet and warm. The Tye is nearby for lovely walks and the sea is also near for swims and walks. Nearby there is the CO-OP, Post-office, coffee shops, the Lido and restaurants on Longridge Avenue.
