Lovely, family home in Saltdean.

Lovely family home in Saltdean near the Telscombe Tye so great for walking over the Downs. Off road parking with some garage space if needed. Live in landlady with two boys aged 15/11. Great for student or professional but references are required. Wifi available. Due to children in the home no overnight guests possible but we are a friendly family keen on welcoming someone into our home. Double bed with gorgeous new mattress. Linen can be provided if needed. Full bathroom and separate toilet which is shared. Large garden enjoyed by two friendly female cats but no other animals please. Non smokers only need apply please 🙏 Bill's included. As a home worker it would be preferable if new person worked away from the house although student lodger acceptable.
