About the House:
- This is one room in a 4-bedroom house (4th bedroom used as a study)
- You’d be sharing with me, my 4-year-old daughter, her Mum, and our friendly cat Buster
- We’re looking for someone who’s happy in a family environment
- All bills are included in the rent
