Double Room with Ensuite in Detached Annex – Saltd

We have a lovely double room with a private ensuite available in a detached annex next to our house in Saltdean.

The annex offers a bit of extra privacy while still being part of a friendly household. It’s in a great location — only a 5-minute walk to the beach and very close to bus stops with regular buses straight into Brighton town centre.

You’d be sharing with two friendly young professionals (both 25) and we’re looking for someone of a similar age who is tidy, respectful, and easy to live with.

We also have a friendly cat called Pino who lives in the main house, so the new housemate would ideally be someone who likes cats.

We’re ideally looking for a young professional, preferably female or LGBTQ+, who wants a relaxed and friendly place to live.

Saltdean is a great location if you enjoy being by the sea while still having easy access to Brighton — perfect for beach walks, swimming, and quick bus links into town.
