Bright, ground floor double room to rent in a newly refurbished house in Saltdean. The room shares a bathroom and kitchenette (Sink, Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle & Air Fryer) with our existing Lodger (32F). Use of the main kitchen & washing machine available.

The room is currently furnished with a Double Bed & Mattress, bedside table and clothes hanging rail but this can be removed if you would prefer to bring your own furniture. We have Fibre Broadband, SKY TV. Cul-De-Sac location with on-street parking. All bills included.

We (Adam & Beth) live here with our 3 rescue dogs (Maggie, Hudon & Bailey). We work from home, and have our own separate kitchen, bathroom and living room on the first floor. There is also an internal separating door so that the dogs wont enter your space.

The house is located close to a Bus Stop with regular service into Brighton, and a short walk from the South Downs National Park, Beach, Lido and local shops.
