On viewing a property in Saltdean im desperate to occupy it. I need to move ASAP, would like to green light with the agency quickly.
Its unfurnished, and iv set the rent to 900PM as the rent on the property is £675, so bills on top can be split and dealt with as they arrive, but I did a rough calculation.
Im a crafty arty person who loves nature, and works from home as a designer, im out at the weekends in my micro camper doing hikes and birdwatching. In the evenings I like to have my own time to chill out with some TV.
Desperate to make it a nice place to live and work. There are stunning views around and it's close to the sea, meaning it's also close to the bus stop.
There isnt really parking, but the area is permit free.
There is a balcony and large kitchen, with a shared bathroom.
