I've got a lovely bright little self-contained annex with en-suite in Saltdean suitable for one person who is looking for a short-term rental in the area. Available now.

The annex is bright with high ceilings and velux windows. It has all you need; a comfy double sofa-bed with storage underneath for bedding, a desk with drawers, some hanging space, a kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, single hob, toaster, kettle and large drawers for storage. The en-suite has a toilet, sink and shower, and there is also some storage space for suitcases etc. above the bathroom . The annex is attached to the main house but there is no access to the house (your neighbours in the house are lovely). It is a very quiet and peaceful space/house/neighbourhood.

It's in a great location, at the top of a hill with sea views from the garden and access to the South Downs National Park only a 5 min walk away.

Local shops (great pizza, fish and chips , Coop etc.) are a 5 min walk down the hill, and the beach, art deco lido, gym and library are a 10-15 min walk away. The pubs of Rottingdean are a 10-15 min walk away via a bridleway.

The 27 and 47 buses take you into Brighton in just 30 mins. The hospital is approx. 20 mins away by bus. You can cycle along the seafront to Brighton in 30 mins. There’s also lots of free on-street parking.
