Saltdean is about 10-15 mins from Brighton, on the coast road. Double Room is bright and cosy, overlooking garden, the bed is single, but my present tenant says it gives her more room, plus the bed is very comfortable, share bathroom and kitchen.
I would like a Lady tenant who is in full time work, I like to think I am friendly and bright, quite quiet but understand if someones wants to chill out quietly. All inclusive except telephone.
Worth a visit. nice area.
