Room at back of house with 4 foot bed, wardrobe, dressing table, weekly sheet change, next to family bathroom not used by owner. To share with one vegetarian female business woman who works partly from home and one friendly cat, occasionally adult daughter at home. Local shops close by, close to Marina and bus routes into Brighton. Prefer professional, mature, quiet lodger, no couples or pets.
