It’s a top floor flat accessed by lift or stairs. It’s a very quiet place to live, very smart and tidy. The room has a sea view, a walk in wardrobe with shelves and hanging space, a large bookshelf, high desk and chair and double bed. (I can remove the bookshelf and/or desk if you wish).
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and hob. The lounge has sofa and table and chairs. I work from home from the lounge on my laptop on weekdays but I am all packed up by 5/6pm mon-fri and I am never here on weekends these days so you would have the flat to yourself then. In fact I am rarely in the flat in the evenings also. The bathroom is large and high spec. The entire development is very modern and only 3 years old.
The monthly rent for the room includes council tax, all utility bills and high speed broadband. A washer/dryer, iron and ironing board and all cooking utensils are provided. Electric under floor heating throughout.
The communal gardens are lovely and an onsite Gym is available to use once you have been inducted by the gym instructor.
When moving out of the property there is a check-in & check-out and tenancy administration fee of £50.
