To let in friendly house in Saltdean . I am the landlord. I am a creative outgoing person who is a DJ (Techno)i and club owner in my home of Berlin where I live. However I come back around 1 weekend every 3 months.

All bills are included. As is the use of all the kitchen facilities and the patio/garden/summer house. There is on street parking.

The house is located right on the Sussex Downs and within walking distance of the beach.

It is however, suburbia Brighton and although on a bus route to the center of Brighton. It is a bit of a 15 min walk to the nearest regular bus stop. There is a bus stop 3 mins away but this is served by the N0 47 so have a look at this timetable if not a car owner, however, cycling is often the quickest way and it is breathtakingly beautiful.
