Double room in cute house right on the beach!

Hey, I'm looking to rent out a large double room to a female professional of a similar age to myself. It's a lovely house, if you love the beach, sunsets and ocean views you will love it as much as I do :). Prefer someone tidy ( who wouldnt!!) I like to relax watch some tv and have a wine, I do a bit of yoga, I work as a receptionist in a physiotherapy clinic in Brighton and am studying to become a personal trainer. The house is a 5 min walk from a bus stop and about 5-10 to the train station and Seaford town. There are loads of free places to park on the street/beach. There is also a local costcutter just up the road :) Hope to hear from you soon.
