1 room in a 3 bedroom house

Right in the heart of the town, with great public transport links to Brighton Eastbourne and Lewes, an Opportunity for someone to rent a room in mine and my wife’s home. The house has coast views and is opposite the train station, we have a bus stop directly outside and if you have a car can provide you with a permit for one space. The room can come fully or partially or totally unfurnished.
we do have one dog and one cat. Dog is nervous around new people but is fine with females generally speaking he’s fine once you get to know him. Person would have to help with maintaining cleanliness in the rooms used in the house and contribute to household duties.
