Seek F lodger for beautiful single room, Seaford

This is a lovely light and warm room at the back of our Edwardian house, overlooking the garden, redecorated and furnished in the style of the house. The single bed is 3' (unusually wide), a vintage metal frame with modern mattress. The room has sash windows on two sides with blinds, a radiator, a lovely original fireplace (not functional!), chair, small chest of drawers, small wardrobe, and hanging hooks.
It's not large at 10'6" by 9'6" but feels bigger due to the high ceiling and dual aspect big windows.
The bathroom is shared, newly refurbished with shower over a nice bath. There is a 2nd toilet and basin downstairs. You would have use of the well-equipped kitchen, sitting room, washing machine, etc. The house has a lovely garden and is about 7 minutes' walk from the station. Buses to Brighton / Eastbourne go from the road 2 mins away. Good wi-fi, one of us currently working from home, due to Covid. We have a very friendly cat who has the run of the house (i. e. you need to be OK with a bit of cat fur...). We are used to lodgers. We're happy to share the kitchen and living areas but appreciate a respectful and tidy approach.
