Single room to let short term

Hello
My house is currently on the market and I’m looking for another lodger before it sells. You must be clean and tidy and understand that we do have regular viewings in the house so it must always be kept tidy.
I don’t know when the house will sell however you are welcome to stay until it does.
You will get your own private room with wifi and tv with all the channels
I have one other lodger who will share the bathroom with you (I have my own)
And we all share the kitchen/lounge/garden

Please note I do have a puppy so you must be good with animals, she is with me most of time so if I’m out the house so is she.

I also have a cat who is friendly yet shy

House is located in Seaford town, there is a train station and bus stops right outside the house. Town and beach within a 5 minute walk
