Room to let

we are a young couple in our early sixties living in a very relaxed household, you will have access to an upstairs WC, downstairs kitchen, lounge, shared bathroom and garden, all bills and food are included although we would expect you to cook once or twice a week, this is not a household that does ready meals but we do have a take-away every now and then, we have a very friendly dog, a Saluki who is 11 years old.
We are 5 minutes from the centre of Seaford and it's train station into Brighton, the beach is a ten minute walk.
