Lounge has 55" TV, reclining sofa, large dining table and plenty of room. I have a brand new carpet cleaner.

Separate bathroom (bath & shower) and toilet.

Kitchen has an electric oven, air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster & slow/pressure cooker, fridge/freezer and will have a washing machine.

Great central heating system with service contract.

All bills and council tax included.

I am an animal lover so pets may be welcome, if my landlord agrees.
